Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Weather Radar for Detection of Hails and Meteorological Events (NDRMP-Goods-01A-Anti Hail)

This notification is published in accordance with ITB 43.4 of Section 1 of the Bidding Documents for Contract NDRMP-Goods-01A-Anti Hail: Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Weather Radar for Detection of Hails and Meteorological Events (the Contract).

The contract scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of a weather radar for detection of hails and meteorological events, as well as provision of relevant radar operations and maintenance trainings for the Purchaser’s personnel. Duration of the contract will be210days.Open competitive bidding was conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure.

Following detailed evaluation of bids, the Purchaser awarded the contract in the amount of $1,500,000 to KC Group, KAZ (i) whose bid was determined to be the lowest evaluated and substantially responsive to the Bidding Document and (ii) who was determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily.
