NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF THE BIDDING PROCESS FOR

Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Equipment for Sarez Lake Monitoring and Early Warning Systems (NDRMP-Goods-02A-Sarez Lake EWS)

This notification is published in accordance with ITB 43.4 of Section 1 of the Bidding Documents for Contract NDRMP-Goods-02A-Sarez Lake EWS: Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Equipment for Sarez Lake Monitoring and Early Warning Systems (the Contract).

The contract scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of a monitoring and early warning system, that will enable real time and reliable monitoring of Sarez Lake, right and left banks of the lake and downstream river for data gathering, early warning system activation and communications with required units. Open competitive bidding was conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure.

Following detailed evaluation of bids, the Purchaser awarded the contract in the amount of $750,000.00 to KS Group, KAZ (i) whose bid was determined to be the lowest evaluated and substantially responsive to the Bidding Document and (ii) who was determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily.
